At Pet Health Club Shop, we want you and your pet to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are free of pet hair to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring they are clean and hair-free, and include the provided packing slip inside.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
