Each 3g chew contains: 
100mg: Taurine (vegan)
100mg: L-Tryptophan
100mg: Ashwagandha
675mg: Passion Flower
15mg: Vitamin B6
15mg: Vitamin B3
10mg: Vitamin B1
15.0 μg: Vitamin B12

Composition: Starch (tapioca, potato), brewer’s yeast (may contain gluten), vegetable glycerine, crude vegetable oil (Flax Seed), hydrolysed animal proteins (chicken liver), flax seed, yeast extract (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae), sunflower lecithin powder, sugar beet fibre, various sugars.
