Transitioning your pet from one diet to another should be a smooth and gradual process over a 7-10-day period. Please ensure you follow the correct rationing amount.

To cater to each dog's individual appetite and preferences, ROYAL CANIN® Cardiac is also available as wet food. If you feed your dog a mixture of wet and dry food, be sure to reference the on-pack feeding guides to ensure a healthy daily food intake for your dog. 

Please note: Royal Canin Cardiac is not suitable for growth, pregnancy, lactation, obesity or dogs with IRIS stage 3 or stage for chronic kidney disease.
